I worked as a social media marketing intern for Lodestone, a tech consulting company headquartered in San Francisco. I was in charge of establishing a social media presence as well as building a brand image for the company, specifically on LinkedIn.

As the company is a fast-growing start-up, there was no marketing team nor a social media manager whom I could learn closely from. Through the internship, I learned to embrace the ambiguity of it, utilizing the freedom to build the marketing campaign however I want.

By the end of the internship, the following count increased by over 1,000 and the engagement rate increased significantly.
